Keeping this in view, does LG AC need stabilizer?
While in past the stabilizer was a mandatory addition to ensure the protection of the air conditioner, now the technology has evolved and has eliminated the need of a voltage stabilizer. LG Dual Inverter ACs are extensively tested to work smoothly if the voltage fluctuates within the range of 145-290V.
Furthermore, can we connect AC without stabilizer? Sure, you can use AC without stabilizer but at your own risk. In the absence of a stabilizer, AC will function fine so long there is no voltage fluctuation. The stabilizer does not do anything but regulates the voltage as required to feed a load.
Beside this, does LG Dual Inverter AC need stabilizer?
Stabilizer Free Plus T&C :
If power fluctuation is beyond the limit mentioned then a stabilizer is required.
Does AC have inbuilt stabilizer?
However, in their manuals, these same manufacturers still caution against the protection of the air-conditioning in the case of a severe fluctuation of power by their inbuilt stabilizer. So, without a stabilizer, you can attach an AC. But it would be much better to get an external stabilizer.
