Minecraft forge crashes when loading

The game starts, loads everything, then the screen flashes as if it’s about to send me to the world, and the game itself says I joined (as seen in the game output), but immediately it says “Shutting down internal server” (which was when I knew something was wrong) and it crashes. the forge modloader crashes after a specific point. i dont know what to do. i reinstalled everything. Minecraft. Java. Mods. Deactivated antivirus and firewall just in case something is blocking.
