I’ve been encountering a glitch when I play in full-screen mode, where if I alt-tab out of the game, and then tab back in, the screen will freeze. The game will bring me to the escape menu, as it should, however it will not actually display it, instead freezing in whatever state the game was in when I tabbed out.

When playing in fullscreen in a singleplayer world or a multiplayer server, minecraft will crash after alt-tabbing to another window with exit code: 0. However, the launcher log says the process exited with code -1073740771.

Lately whenever I’ve launched Minecraft (Version 1.12.2) i get into my game, play for a while (single player, though Minecraft does crash in Multiplayer under the same circumstances) I always end up needing a code or something else outside of the game, alt-tabbing out of Minecraft always seems to crash my game with “No other information provided” according to my crash …

It appears that Windows 10 keeps crashing whenever I Alt + Tab out of a game and then attempt to go back in. When I Alt + Tab back in I’m met with a black screen.
