Insight is an enchantment added by CoFH Core. It can be applied to any Sword, Bow or tool up to level III. It increases the amount of Experience dropped by killing mobs or players (for Swords and Bows) or by breaking blocks (for tools) by a random amount. Only blocks that would drop Experience drop the bonus amount. It cannot be applied with Silk Touch.
