What to do when photos won't open?

1. Hold down the Option and Command keys while you open Photos on your Mac.
2. In the dialog that appears, click Repair to start the repair process.

2. Select "More apps" if Windows Photo Viewer is not listed.
3. Scroll down to see if the program is listed. If you see it there, Windows Photo Viewer is installed and ready for use.
