Why is minecraft offline

Just recently, my Minecraft Launcher appeared to be in Offline Mode, when in fact, I am connected to the internet. Here are the apparent fixes I have tried: – Reset Router. – Reinstalled Java. – Reinstalled Minecraft. – Removing/Disabling Antivirus Programs. – Refreshing Hosts File.

If you have tried everything and non of them have worked then you should just back up your world saves and resource packs, delete everything related to minecraft (apart from the saves and packs you backed up) and try re-installing it.
