Keeping this in view, why isn't my smart watch counting my steps?
Make sure that you wear the device so that it is firmly on your wrist. Some people don't like a tight fit for their watch or bracelet, but if your fitness band flops around on your wrist, you're likely to get false step counts. (A loose fit can also prevent heart rate sensors and other features from working correctly.)
Beside above, why is my step tracker not working? First, confirm automatic tracking is enabled in the app: Open Wellframe and make sure you are viewing your Checklist. In the top right corner, tap the gear icon to open Settings. Ensure that "Automatic Step Tracking" is toggled to the ON position (it will appear in blue).

Does fitbit count steps if arms aren't moving?
The wrist-based Accelerometer can track your step count accurately only when your arm is moving. If your arm isn't moving, Fitbit will track your steps, but the count won't be accurate.
